Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

- Follow standardized pressure washing and cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed

- Maintain a clean, safe worksite, following OSHA guidelines and best practices

- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold our reputation for excellence

What We’re Looking For:

- Technical Aptitude – Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs on equipment (a plus, but not required)

- Positive Attitude – Friendly, upbeat, and ready to tackle any challenge

- Strong Work Ethic – Punctual, reliable, and committed to doing the job right

- Attention to Detail – Takes pride in producing high-quality work

- Analytical Skills – Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to assess worksite conditions to determine the appropriate course of action. Ability to read and follow instructions accurately

- Physical Stamina – Comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and lifting up to 50 lbs

- Valid Driver’s License (required)

- Safety-Minded – Familiarity with OSHA guidelines is a bonus

- Availability – Starts as a part-time position with the potential to become full-time based on performance and business needs. Monday through Friday, with optional weekend shifts upon availability.

Compensation: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
